Keyboard shortcuts & menus

Cmd on macOS, Ctrl on Windows.

The command palette

Shortcut Action
Cmd/Ctrl+K Open the command palette — search, jump anywhere, run any action

Inside the palette: move, runs (twice for destructive commands), esc closes. esc in general closes the topmost open surface — palette, dialog, Learn drawer — one per press.

Cmd/Ctrl+4 Results — your latest strategy's results
Cmd/Ctrl+5 Export — your latest strategy's Export stage

The sidebar covers the rest: Home, Strategies, Favorites, Settings — all also one Cmd/Ctrl+K away (Go to Home, Go to Favorites, …).

Actions (File menu)

Shortcut Action
Cmd/Ctrl+I Import BarsExporter CSV… (opens the Data screen with the import dialog)
Cmd/Ctrl+E Export Strategy… (opens the Export stage)

Standard Edit-menu clipboard shortcuts (undo, redo, cut, copy, paste, select all) work everywhere.

In the results table

With a row focused: opens the strategy's detail, Space toggles its selection, Shift+Space (or shift-click) extends the selection as a range.

The Help menu

Item What it does
Setup Guide Starts (or resumes) the guided tour over the real screens.
Documentation Opens this documentation site in your browser.
Learn — Offline Guides Opens the Learn drawer: every guide, bundled with the app, readable offline.
License Opens the license dialog (status, activate, deactivate).
verdictstrategybuilder.com Opens the website.
Email Support Opens a mail draft to support@verdictstrategybuilder.com.

Top bar

The top bar duplicates the essentials: the Cmd/Ctrl+K search box, Setup guide, Learn (the offline guides drawer), Docs ↗, the update pill when a new version is staged, the license chip, and a live gen … · best … badge linking to the active run.
